This evening, the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will discuss just two agenda items. First up is a public hearing on the modification of a development code on mobile homes and special occupancy parks.
The next agenda item concerns the Southern California Vipassana Center, a meditation center off Highway 62. The Center has requested the construction of an alternative road base. The Commission will consider the request and likely inform the Center that future phases will require all travel ways and parking areas to be paved.
