There are three public hearings scheduled for the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission at its December 2 meeting. They deal with dropping a three foot section of a 33 foot easement along Kern Road adjacent to the Southern California Vipassana Center; General Plan consistency for the offered donation to the City of 67 properties, from the Bowden family, for drainage and right of way purposes; and consideration of the Vacation Home Rental amendment to the City Code. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in City Hall on Adobe Road.
