Tonight, the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will meet to review and comment on a tentative parcel map for Project Phoenix. The City has acquired 33 parcels in the downtown area that will make up the long-planned redevelopment project.
The 33 parcels are located south of Highway 62 and north of Cactus Drive between Tamarisk and Cholla Avenues. Many of the parcels will be reconfigured for the project and ultimately total approximately 5.5 acres.
The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 5 pm at Twentynine Palms City Hall on Adobe Road.
