The Twentynine Palms Planning Commission meets tonight, March 9, to host two public hearings. The first regards a Conditional Use Permit for a new bar with outdoor seating and live music at 73529 Twentynine Palms Hwy.
The second hearing will focus on the adoption of the new Downtown Specific Plan and the associated Mitigate Negative Declaration. The plan is the guiding document for all new downtown developments to be built over the next two decades.
