TWENTYNINE PALMS PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVES YET ANOTHER TATTOO PARLOR

The Twentynine Palms Planning Commission Tuesday night unanimously approved a new tattoo parlor on the 3600 block of Adobe Road. The Outlasting Tattoo Studio—on the same block as a Domino’s Pizza, Subway sandwich shop, and the Department of Motor Vehicles—will be the ninth in the city, bringing the per capita number of tattoo parlors to .55 per 1,000 residents, one of the highest in the country.
