TWENTYNINE PALMS PAROLEE FOUND WITH DRUGS

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Sunday, accused of violating the terms of his parole by possessing methamphetamine. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy stopped Frank Chapman, 48, who was riding his bicycle against traffic about 1:30 p.m. near Cactus Drive and El Sol Avenue. The deputy determined that Chapman was on felony parole and during a search, found methamphetamine. Frank Chapman was arrested on suspicion of violating his parole, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with no bail.
