TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN SHOOTS BROTHER-IN-LAW SATURDAY NIGHT IN TWENTYNINE PALMS

Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a man accused of shooting his brother-in-law Saturday night in Twentynine Palms. According to investigators, Robert Prudholme, and Charles Perez, 29, both of Twentynine Palms were at a family party in the 6000 block of Daisy Avenue when the two brothers-in-law started arguing about 7:30 p.m. Witnesses said Prudholme hit Perez multiple times with a gun, causing Perez to fall to the ground. While he was on the ground, Prudholme then shot Perez once in the abdomen with a handgun. Prudholme then fled. Morongo Basin Ambulance transported Charles Perez to Hi-Desert Medical Center where  he was then flown to a local trauma hospital.
