A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Wednesday, accused of breaking the windows of a car. About 9 a.m., a resident in the 6200 block of Chia Avenue in Twentynine Palms said Jerry Louis, 32, was yelling and kicking the door because the resident wouldn’t let him inside. Louis then allegedly broke the windows of a blue mustang at the house, causing about $1200 worth of damage. Jerry Louis was arrested for investigation of vandalism and was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $25,000.
