TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF KNIFE

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday, after deputies found a dagger on his person. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy spotted Jeremy Gurule, 33, running back and forth along the highway near Ocotillo Avenue in Twentynine Palms about 11:30 p.m. A search of Gurule found a knife on his person. Jeremy Gurule was arrested on suspicion of concealing a dirk or dagger, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $25,000.
