TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN ARRESTED AFTER THREAT TO SHOOT UP A BAR

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested after he threatened to shoot up the bar where he had been drinking Friday night. According to a Sheriff’s report, David Flair, 56, was drinking in the Cactus Bar in the 5600 block of Adobe Road when he says a woman stole his wallet about 11:30 p.m. Flair became aggravated and threatened several times to shoot up the bar and everyone inside it. Several customers heard the threat and were afraid he would return with a gun and shoot up the bar and customers. David Flair was arrested for investigation of making criminal threats, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
