TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN ARRESTED AFTER MAYHEM AND ASSAULT

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Wednesday, accused of assault with a deadly weapon. About 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, deputies were called to the 5300 block of Adobe Road for a disturbance. Neighbors told deputies that Bradford Moore, 56, who had been drinking heavily, had driven his vehicle into the mobile home—twice—and also broke two of the home’s windows. Moore also broke a window of another vehicle at the residence, as well as the mobile home’s breaker panel. When the resident—who had been at work—arrived home, he felt in fear for his safety, since Moore had assaulted him previously. The victim told deputies that Moore pulled a knife on him and he sustained a small laceration on his knee before he could run away. Deputies arrested Bradford Moore for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism, booked him into the West Valley Detention Center, with this bail set at $50,000.
