A Twentynine Palms man is in jail, accusing of beating up his wife of four years. According to a Sheriff’s report, Austin Duvall, 25, of the 73400 block of El Paseo, started arguing with his wife about 11 a.m. and then kicked her to get her attention, and started choking her. Austin Duvall was arrested for investigation of domestic battery, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $25,000.
