A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Friday, accused of assault with a deadly weapon. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the 7700 block of Robin Road in Twentynine Palms about noon Friday for a domestic disturbance. Deputies say that Jared Glover, 37, threw a large rock at Michael Garcia, 37, of Landers, and injured Garcia. Glover had fled by the time deputies arrived. On Saturday, Glover went to the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station and turned himself in. Jared Glover was arrested for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
