Twentynine Palms man arrested for investigation of attempted murder after alleged stabbing on Saturday night (5/13)

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested for suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly stabbing another man on Saturday, May 13th.

Around 9:40PM on Saturday night, deputies were flagged down near the intersection of Sunnyvale Dr. and Morongo Rd. in Twentynine Palms where they found a 41-year-old victim suffering from a stab wound. Through investigation the deputies located and identified Rudy Garcia, a 41-year-old resident of Twentynine Palms, as the suspect. 

Rudy Garcia was arrested for investigation of attempted murder and is currently being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $1,000,000 bail.
