A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Friday after a woman said he vandalized her car. The woman told deputies that Troy Plummer, 41, had come to her house in the 6500 block of Oasis Avenue to talk to her about 9 p.m., but when she refused to talk to him, he started banging on the doors. When the woman still refused to come out, she said that Plummer damaged the driver’s side wheel well on her car. She estimated the damage at about $450 to repair. Troy Plummer was arrested for investigation of felony vandalism, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $25,000.
