A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly threatened a neighbor with a shotgun. About 8 p.m. a resident in the 6100 block of Bagley Avenue said Michael Maliga, 52, came to the location with a shotgun, following an argument with someone at the location earlier. Deputies were told that Maliga did not fire the gun. Deputies located Maliga at a home in the 73400 block of Yucca Avenue in Twentynine Palms. Michael Maliga was arrested for investigation of making criminal threats, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
