A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Monday afternoon, accused of possession of illegal drugs for sale. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies made a traffic stop near Adobe Circle and Two Mile Road in Twentynine Palms about 12:30 p.m. Inside the car was Richard Kearns, 51. After an investigation, Richard Kearns was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs for sales. Kearns was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
