A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday afternoon, accused of pushing his wife out of a car. According to a Sheriff’s report, about 2 p.m. Isiah Buick, 23, was arguing with his wife of two years while driving her car on Cactus Drive in Twentynine Palms. About three blocks west of Tamarisk Avenue, Buick allegedly stopped the car and pushed his wife out. The woman told deputies she scraped her knee and palm on the pavement and had a bruise on her left thigh. As Buick drove away, the woman ran behind the car. The woman said Buick then grabbed her and threw her in the car and drove home. She said when she tried to call 911, Buick choked her with his forearm against her neck. Deputies arrested Isiah Buick for investigation of felony spouse abuse, booked him at the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
