A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Friday afternoon, accused of punching his daughter in the eye. According to a Sheriff’s report, the girl said her father was upset with her and slapped and punched her in the face, giving her a black eye on Tuesday, October 13. After an investigation, Kenneth Tenorio was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse. Kenneth Tenorio was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $100,000.
