We have limited information about a Twentynine Palms man who was arrested Friday, accused of false imprisonment. According to a Sheriff’s report, a woman walked into the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s station about 5 p.m. Friday, upset over a domestic issue. Deputies determined that Steven Heredia Lopez, 19, committed a felony. Heredia Lopez was contacted at his home in the 73000 block of Sun Valley Drive in Twentynine Palms, arrested for investigation of false imprisonment, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
