TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN ACCUSED OF DUI

A 20-year-old Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday (March 2), accused of driving while high on drugs and without a license. About 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, deputies on routine patrol stopped a vehicle on Highway 62 near Mission Avenue in Twentynine Palms for vehicle code violations. Driving the vehicle was Michael Isaacs of Twentynine Palms. Deputies determined that Isaacs was driving under the influence of drugs, and that he does not have a driver’s license. Michael Isaacs was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of drugs and for driving without a license, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, cited, and released.
