A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Monday (June 28) accused of assault causing injury after fighting with employees at the Yucca Valley Walmart. According to Sheriff’s reports, Deputies responded to the location around 8:30 p.m. for a report that a customer, later identified as Tyquion (Tie-Quon) Burton, 25, began shoving and fighting with front end store employees after employees denied selling alcohol to him. Deputies were called to the store and located Burton. During their investigation, Deputies determined that Burton had a Felony no-bail warrant. Tyquion (Tie-Quon) Burton was arrested for investigation of assault causing great bodily injury and on a felony no-bail warrant. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center where he is being held without bail.
