A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday, accused of assault. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 5400 block of Chia Avenue in Twentynine Palms at about noon for a report of an assault. After an investigation, Roldon McFarland, 42, was arrested on suspicion of assault and booked into West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
