The Twentynine Palms Library is seeking teen volunteers to help with the 2016 summer reading program, Heroes Assemble. Volunteers will be assisting with all aspects of the summer reading program from registration, assisting with programs and crafts, to handing out incentives and helping to promote an early love of reading for young children. Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years old and are required to attend a 2-hour orientation and training on Saturday, May 14, at 1 p.m. or on Saturday, May 28, at 1 p.m. Please call the library at 760-367-9519 for more information.
