Twentynine Palms Ladycats Volleyball played hard against Coachella Valley last night

The Twentynine Palms High School Ladycats Volleyball teams hosted the Arabs from Coachella Valley High School last night (September 12). Junior Varsity played well but came up short of the win dropping both sets, 11-25 and 13-25. The team had 5 ace serves and Liyah Pride had the only kill from the night with the assist coming from Cambria Schnieder.

The Varsity Ladycats fought to the end but came up short of the win against the Arabs, losing 15-25, 22-25, and 10-25. Sopohmore Lindie Stewart led the Cats at the net with 5 kills, followed by Kyla Palpallatoc with 4 kills and one solo block. Sophomore Jenica Silvas had 8 assists and covered the back court all night. The cats are now 3-2 in league and will host San Jacinto tonight (September 13) and travel to Desert Mirage High School on Wednesday (September 14).
