TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL WOMEN’S TENNIS TEAM LOSE TO CATHEDRAL CITY, IS VICTORIOUS OVER BANNING

The Twentynine Palms High School varsity Ladycat tennis team hosted the Cathedral City Lions Tuesday night (September 7). Despite a hard-fought game, the Ladycats lost 4-14. On Wednesday night (September 8), the team hosted the Banning Broncos, coming away with a 12  to 6 victory. The Ladycats are now 1 and 1. The team will travel to Coachella Valley on Monday and host Desert Mirage on Wednesday.

During the Cathedral City game: In doubles action, the team of Isabel Plummer/Natalie Plummer won two of their sets, while the team of Madi Soster/Lillian shay won one of their sets. The team of Zamira Amaro/Marley Kyle won one of their sets.

During the Banning game: In singles action, Natalia Henry won all three of her sets. In doubles action, the team of Isabel Plummer/Natalie Plummer swept all three of their sets, while the team of Madi Soster/Lillian shay swept all three of their sets and   The team of Zamira Amaro/Marley Kyle swept all three  of their sets.
