TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL WILDCAT SWIM TEAM WINS FIRST MEET AT HOME

READY TO SWIM THE 200 YD FREE STYLE ARE NICK COUNCELL, COLTON CHARLES, BANNING SWIMMER AND ASHKII MENDOZA

The Twentynine Palms High School Wildcat boys’ and girls’ swim teams won their meets at Luckie Park against the Banning Broncos yesterday. The girls won 121 to 23, and the boys won 105 to 20.

HUNTER THOMPSON PLACED 2ND IN THE 100 YR BUTTERFLY

Twentynine Palms had two CIF consideration times; the first was the 200-yard free relay team of Jaqueline Ford, Pez Zuniga, Lea Speer and Taylor Scamman with a time of 2:01.93. Taylor Scamman swam the 100-yard Backstroke with a CIF consideration time of 1:12.65
