TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL TAKES A LOSS

The Twentynine Palms High School Ladycats volleyball team lost to the Knights of Shadow Hills last night. Coach Missy Bond said The Ladycats were led by junior Lindsey Scamman who had four kills, four blocks, and one ace serve.  Senior Tatiyanna Mackall had two blocks and three ace serves. The Ladycats are 2-1 overall and host Desert Christian at home tomorrow.
 
The Twentynine Palms High School Ladycats varsity tennis team hosted the Banning Broncos Tuesday. The Ladycats came away with the win 13 to 5. 
 
In singles action, the Ladycats were led by Alicia Gilchrist who swept all three sets, while Kaitlyn Black won two of her sets. In doubles action, the Ladycats were led by Sadie brown and Samantha Crippen, who won all three of their sets, while Tamesha Jefferson and Trinity Bosch won both of their sets. Also, Sarah Doria and Karissa Slonka won their first match of the season. 
 
The Ladycats travel to San Jacinto on Thursday.
