Twentynine Palms High School Varsity Baseball wins over Desert Hot Springs

The Twentynine Palms High School Wildcats Varsity Baseball team took the win over Desert Hot Springs High School with a final score of 13-5.
Eduardo Avalos earned the win for the Wildcats. The hurler gave up six hits and five runs (three earned) over five innings, striking out six and walking two. Mauricio Montada threw two innings of no hits and no-runs in relief.
Mauricio Montada collected three hits in three at bats, Bubba Corney, Anthony Escandon, Anthony Gabriel, Cayden Lenio and Ransom Wallace each collected one hit.
Bubba Corney drove the middle of the lineup, leading the Wildcats with two runs batted in.The Wildcats will travel to Desert Christian Academy for their next game on Friday (March 13)
