TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS ROUTS DESERT HOT SPRINGS

The Twentynine Palms High School Ladycats tennis team traveled to Desert Hot Springs to face the Golden Eagles on Monday. The Ladycats routed the Eagles 18-0. Coach Bill Shay said the Ladycats improved to 9-5 on the season and currently are in third place in the DeAnza League.

Individual stats:

In singles action, the Ladycats were led by Alicia Gilchrist, Lexi Wade, and Kaitlynn Black, who swept all three of their sets. In doubles action, the Ladycats were led by the teams of Kyla Limon/Lynn Meza-Hernandez, Sherolyn Alconaba/Danny Morrissey, and Sadie Brown/Samantha Crippen, who also swept all three of their sets.
