Twentynine Palms High School Swim Teams swamped the Banning Broncos at home, the Wildcats winning, ladies 84 to 18 and the men 90 to 6. The men added three new CIF times and won all eleven races, three 2nd, and two 3rd place finishes. The Lady Cats won all eleven 1st place finishes, two 2nd, a 3rd, and a 5th place finish. Points are given for 1st through 5th place.

Placing 1st in the following events:
– 200 yard Medley Relay Team: Destiny Cisneros, Virginia Johnson, Nadia Moreno, and Anna Pollnow.
– Virginia Johnson in the 200 yard Free Style.
– Nadia Moreno in the 200 yard Individual Medley.
– 50 and 100 yard Free Style was Patricia Zuniga. Patricia swam her personal best in the 50 yard Free Style.
– 100 yard Butterfly (personal best) and 100 yard Back Stroke was Destiny Cisneros.
– Izzy Pryor in the 500 yard Free Style (personal best) and 100 yard Breast Stroke.
– 200 yard Free Relay Team: Izzy Pryor, Destiny Cisneros, Nadia Moreno and Patricia Zuniga.
– 400 yard Free Relay Team: Patricia Zuniga, Virginia Johnson, Anna Pollnow and Izzy Pryor.
Placing 2nd was:
– Nadia Moreno who swam the 100 yard Free Style.
– Virginia Johnson in the 100 yard Breast Stroke.
Placing 3rd was:
– Anna Pollnow in the 100 yard Breast Stroke. Anna also placed 5th in the 50 yard Free Style.
The men added three new CIF times, and won all 11 races, three 2nd, and two 3rd place finishes.
– New CIF time for the 200 yard Medley Relay Team of: Daviahn Thrasher, Colton Charles, Aiden Sullivan and George Bourikas.
– Colton Charles touched the wall with a CIF time in the 200 yard Free Style
– The 400 yard Free Relay scored a new CIF time with the team of: Colton Charles, Daviahn Thrasher, George Bourikas and Aiden Sullivan.
Other 1st place finishers were:
– Micah Pollnow in the 200 yard Individual Medley and the 100 yard Breast Stroke.
– Aiden Sullivan in the 50 and 100 yard Free Style.
– Colton Charles in the 100 yard Butterfly.
– Georgie Bourikas took 27 seconds off his 500 yard Free Style.
– 200 Yard Free Style Team of Micah Pollnow, Tavious Thrasher, Moses Williams and George Bourikas.
– Daviahn Thrasher with a personal best in the 100 yard Back Stroke.
2nd place were:
– Daviahn Thrasher in the 50 yard Free Style.
– Moses Williams swam 500 yard Free and took 44 seconds off his time.
– Tavious Thrasher in the Breast Stroke.
3rd place were:
– Tavious Thrasher in the 50 yard Free Style.
– Moses Williams in the 100 yard Breast Stroke.
