TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMERS SHINE AT CIF FINALS

RELAY TEAM OF LINDSEY SCAMMAN, KALIEGH ABRAMS, KIARA OSHANA, AND TEAGAN THOMPSON
The Twentynine Palms High Lady Cats swim team traveled to Riverside Community College for CIF Finals on Friday (May 11th) and did very well. The team of Kaliegh Abrams, Jaqueline Ford, Kiara Oshana, Lindsey and Taylor Scamman and Teagan Thompson qualified to swim the 200-yard free relay and three individual events.

Lindsey Scamman started with the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:06.23. The 200-yard free relay team of Kiara Oshana, Kaliegh Abrams, Teagan Thompson and Lindsey Scamman touched in at 1:53.68. Taylor Scamman swam the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:08.60. Lindsey Scamman ended the CIF Finals swimming the 100-aryd breaststroke with a time of 1:17.50.

Coach Michelle Minatrea-Teo said “Our girls did awesome at CIF Finals. Super proud of all of our swimmers.”
