TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL SWIM TEAM SPLITS FIRST HOME MEET

The Twentynine Palms High School swim team’s first home meet was a split; the Ladycats lost to Indio while the Wildcat boys won their meet.

The girls swam for five first-place and four second-place finishes. Izzy Prior qualified in two CIF times in the 200-yard individual medley and the 100-yard butterfly.

The boys grabbed 10 first-place and four second-place finishes and qualified in five CIF times:

Colton Charles, 200-yard individual medley, 50-yard free style, and the 100-yard butterfly;

Aiden Sullivan, 50-yard free style;

and Colton Charles, Davian Thrasher, Georgie Bourikas and Aiden Sullivan qualified CIF in the 200-yard relay.
