Individuals interested in filling the varsity basketball coaching position must possess a valid USA First Aid and CPR certification, meet the qualification standards as put forth by Title V, be fingerprinted, pass a TB test, and have completed the required CIF Coaching Certification Courses.
Applicants must demonstrate a knowledge of rules and regulations and coaching techniques and strategies at a high school level, CIF guidelines,
as well as Twentynine Palms High School policies and procedures.
Previous coaching experience and a dynamic personality is preferred.
Applicants should be able to relate to high school students, staff, and the community, and be involved in fund-raising activities.
