The Twentynine Palms High School Interact Club wants to provide a complete Thanksgiving meal to 350 needy families this year, and is holding a food drive. Needed items include, but are not limited to: cranberries, roll mix, stuffing, gravy mix, instant potatoes, sweet potatoes, assorted vegetables, pumpkin pie mix, boxed pie crust, and evaporated milk. Grocery gift cards or cash donations that can be used for the purchase of miscellaneous items are also appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at the high school, or at First Command Financial Services in Twentynine Palms by November 18. Distribution will be held November 19 at the high school.
