The CIF has announced that the Twentynine Palms High School boys’ basketball team will play in the first round of the CIF Division III regional championships Wednesday. The Twentynine Palms Wildcats will play against the Bishop Amat Lancers of La Puente in the Copper Mountain College Bell Center. Tip-off is set for at 7 p.m. The Wildcats are 23-9 overall, 9-1 in league. The Lancers are 26-6 overall, 8-2 in league. Ticket prices are set by CIF and are $9 for general admission and $5 for children, students with ID, and senior citizens.
