TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL CIF PLAYOFF INFORMATION

The Twentynine Palms High School boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will both be in the playoffs this week for the CIF Southern Section Division 3AA play-off games. Both teams are ranked number two in their league. The girls will be playing at home on Thursday, February 7, at 7 p.m. against Chaparral High School from Temecula. The LadyCats are 20-8 for the season in the Desert Valley League; the Pumas are 17-11 in the Southwestern League.
The boys’ Wildcat team will travel away to Beckham High School in Irvine on Friday, February 8, to play the Patriots. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. The Wildcats are 15-12 in the Desert Valley League; the Patriots are 19-8 in the Pacific Coast League.
