The Twentynine Palms girls’ varsity basketball team raised its record to 4 and 1 with a victory over Orange Vista in the first round of the West Valley tournament by the score of 61 to 52.
Standouts in the game were: Bre Bell with 18 points and Kate Bobadilla with 17 points. Strong performances were turned in by Taylor Scamman, Riley King, and Mary Carbiener.
