The Twentynine Palms Food Pantry will host their annual meeting and quilt auction fundraiser Saturday (October 23). This meeting is free and open to the public. Tickets to participate in the annual Quilt Auction are $20, which gets bidders 4 different opportunities to go home with a quilt. All proceeds will benefit the pantry and its program. Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the pantry and hear about services offered by the pantry to the community. The event will be held at 6 p.m. at 6450 Star Dune Ave. in Twentynine Palms.
