Twentynine Palms has a great day of fun with fireworks to follow on the fourth. Reporter Edica Gonzalez has all the details… The Morongo Basin’s largest Fourth of July fireworks show will be held in Twentynine Palms at Luckie Park. The Luckie Park pool will be open 1 to 5 p.m., and again from 6 to 8 p.m. There will also be a children’s area with water slides and a bounce house. The local band Desert Sol will perform Motown hits, R&B, and patriotic songs starting at 6:30 p.m. Food and beverage vendors will open their booths at 6 p.m. Z107.7 will play music throughout the afternoon, and will broadcast music during the fireworks show.
