This year’s 2019 cross-country season officially came to a close for the Wildcats as senior Tucker Thornburg represented Twentynine Palms High School. In a field of 131 competitors, Thornburg placed 62nd and came away with a time of 17:57.6. In a very tough field, he handled himself very well and left a clear target for his fellow athletes to strive for next year. Coach ME Wilson said, “I am proud of all my Wildcats! They continue to exercise the higher idea of the human spirit.”
