A Twentynine Palms couple was arrested Tuesday afternoon on accusations of child endangerment. According to a Sheriff’s report, a parole compliance check was made on a residence in the 6600 block of Rose Ellen. During the compliance check, deputies found Brandon Hibler, 29, and Brianna Schan, 29, both of whom were under the influence of methamphetamine. The deputies noted that the drug and paraphernalia were within reach of a two-year-old toddler at the residence. Brandon Hibler and Brianna Schan were arrested for investigation of child endangerment, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with their bail set at $100,000 each. The child was taken by Child Protective Services.
