A Twentynine Palms couple was arrested Monday after they were fighting each other. Deputies were called to the 6600 block of Tamarisk Avenue in Twentynine Palms just after midnight Monday morning where they found Kendale Browner, 27, and Indica Carey, 21. The two had been arguing when Browner allegedly assaulted Carey. Carey then retrieved a knife and chased Browner with it while threatening to kill him. Kendale Browner was arrested for investigation of spouse abuse, and Indica Carey was arrested on suspicion of assault and making criminal threats, as well as on several warrants. They were booked into the West Valley Detention Center with their bail set at $50,000 each
