Two Twentynine Palms parents were arrested Tuesday, accused of abusing their five-month old baby. Investigators say that Suzie Bradley, 39, and Noudam Khamphouy, 49, brought the child to Hi-Desert Medical Center for unknown reasons. Medical staff determined that the baby had tested positive for methamphetamine and had wounds to both of his heels, consistent with child neglect. The baby was taken to Loma Linda Medical Center for a higher level of care. Detectives then arrested the parents, Suzie Bradley and Noudam Khamphouy about noon Tuesday on suspicion of child abuse, and Khamphouy on a drug-related warrant, booked them into the West Valley Detention Center, with their bail set at $100,000 each.
