The Twentynine Palms City Council is holding a specially scheduled meeting this morning (January 30), but the Council is expected to meet exclusively in closed session. The single agenda item for this closed session meeting is the City’s continued search for a City Manager.
Larry Bowden has been operating as interim City Manager since Frank Luckino left the role in October.
The city has closed its window for new applicants for the City Manager position. The Council will share any reportable actions from the closed session with the public when it concludes.
This meeting begins at 11 a.m. today at Twentynine Palms City Hall.
