The Twentynine Palms City Council and Water District Board of Directors will hold a joint workshop at 6 p.m. tonight. The City Council and Water Board will discuss an agenda for a subsequent joint meeting. The agenda doesn’t indicate the topic of interest, but the future and financial support of the Fire Department will most likely be discussed. The meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Community Services Building on Joe Davis Drive, across from Luckie Park in Twentynine Palms.
