The Twentynine Palms City Council kicks off a fairly light agenda at its regular meeting tonight. First up: a discussion of the city’s Downtown Economic Revitalization Specific Plan, a document guiding development decisions that many feel is outdated.
Next, the Council will consider adopting an ordinance restricting the ability of on-call tow trucks to park in residential neighborhoods, a practice that has long been a sore point for many who live there.
Tonight’s meeting gets underway 6 p.m. at City Hall on Adobe Road.
