The Twentynine Palms City Council will hold a special meeting tonight to consider purchasing a property in connection with Project Phoenix. The property, on the 6500 block of Yucca Avenue, is expected to cost $75,000 plus closing costs. The meeting gets underway 5:15 p.m. at City Hall on Adobe Road.
