Twentynine Palms City Hall will be the site of both the regular Planning Commission meeting and a special City Council meeting tonight. Dan Stork has the agendas…
At 6 p.m., after swearing in new commissioner Rob Fleck, the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on an amendment to an existing Conditional Use Permit at Desert Congregational Church, to allow for construction of a storage building and a foyer (or fo-yay, take your pick — chacun a son gout). Then the Commission will discuss the selection of 5 to 10 chapters of the Development Code, to be reviewed at a joint session of the Commission and the City Council. Then at 7:30 pm, the City Council will hold a closed session meeting on the City Manager Employment Contract.
