The Twentynine Palms City Council starts its March 24 meeting by proclaiming April to be both Donate Life Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and by recognizing the Employee of the Quarter. After a presentation about the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District, there will be several discussions, including:
- budget adjustments;
- purchase of a grader
- selecting delegates to the So Cal Association of Governments;
- Federal lobbyist recommendations;
- the city-owned lots and house at the corner of SR 62 and Lear;
- permit processing fees for vacation home rentals;
- planning for the Strategic Planning Workshop.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at City Hall on Adobe Road.
